Marc Laucks and Company is more then just a vendor for us they are part of our Tourism family. We are a small association with limited resources and staff and Marc has made us look like a big association with unlimited resources and staff. We have worked with Marc for many years and have asked him so many times to find a way to help us with a look, a project or a concept - always within a tight budget and short time-frame and he has come through every time. There isn't one project that we have worked on together through the years that Marc and his team haven't delivered on - on time and on budget. Marc is a miracle worker and we are very grateful to him for that. We look forward to continuing to have a long lasting partnership with Marc Laucks and Company.

My company has worked with Marc Laucks & Company in two different ways. The first was when PACAH was going through a re-branding process and Marc and his people worked with us on designing our new logo. They listened to our ideas and gave us several different choices, and then were willing to tweak our final choice until we had it perfect. Over the years we have gotten many compliments on the piece and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

A few years later, when we were planning a conference, Marc agreed to serve as our keynote speaker on the topic of branding. He gave a spirited and educational presentation and gave our attendees many practical ideas about branding their facilities. Our people enjoyed the session and requested that we invite him back in the future.

Marc Laucks and Company is my "go to" place.  Whether I need a quote for a large mailing, or something small like static stickers or pencils, Marc always comes through.  I have worked with Marc for almost 20 years and have always found him to be very helpful, informative and professional. If a problem arises, he always finds a solution.

Marc is not your ordinary sales person. He is more than willing to do the leg work for you like going to the post office to make sure his products will work smoothly. He has even volunteered to help direct the parking of buses at the Farm Show Building, in the pouring rain, when we had a rally on the steps of the Capital with more than 5,000 attendees.

Consistently Professional, Knowledgeable, and Pleasant all at the Same Time

We have dealt with Marc and his company for several years now and have nothing but the highest regard for him and his team. In our company I deal with lots of vendors & customers so I have more than my share of dealings with both. It is always a pleasure to deal with a someone that is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant all at the same time. If I have a question that they don’t know the answer Marc will tell me that, promise to get me an answer and then follow up with an answer in a timely manner. Recently our company was working with Marc to get our web site up and running so we could start to accepting credit cards payments. It was rough at times dealing with the credit card clearing house but through it all Marc, Bo and Brian were always very professional and calm even if I wasn’t. They would get the answers in order to fix the problem(s) while keeping me in the loop as to what they were doing. That in itself is a very important issue with me. When it comes to producing art work for our advertisements or brochures they are nothing but GREAT!! The talent needed to come up with beautiful, colorful art work is wonderful. It makes us look very cool. We have had people call us about our ads and how they like them. There have been times that I would call Marc and tell him I needed an ad, yesterday, for one of our vendors. We were never disappointed and he always came through with the art work. Two thumbs up there. On a personal note, Marc took time out of his busy schedule to explain how to make a smiley face so I could add this little warm touch to me emails. It is a silly little thing but it was very nice of him to take the time. It made us all smile in the office.

Training 100% Recommended

Marc did a fantastic job presenting a webinar for PANO titled Designing Printed Pieces In-House: How to Save Money and Do it Right. When asked if they would recommend the training, 100% of respondents said YES.

During the presentation Marc clearly and effectively addressed challenges many organizations face when designing in-house pieces, ranging from how to select, size and place logos and other images to the difference between CMYK and spot color and how to select the right paper for the job. Marc provided insightful solutions, valuable handouts, and an array of free resources that attendees could take advantage of.

In addition to providing a great training, Marc was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend reaching out to Marc if you are looking for someone to provide valuable training on print and design.

I dare you to notice Marc’s out-of-the-box thinking and creativity. When he cold-called me and told me how different he was from other marketing companies, I yawned and thought “Give me a break; I’ve heard that a million times.” But, there was something about his personality that drew me in and the words he spoke made me almost believe him. “Dare I?” I thought to myself.
